Happy Tuesday, my dears! Today is actually my last day of class ever which is pretty exciting considering now only one exam stands between me and that doctorate degree I’ve been working so hard on for 7 years. With graduation looming near it’s time to get some pampering in and today’s outfit is serving the purposes of being my last ever outfit for class as well as my outfit for some mani/pedi time with my girl friends who are also graduating with me this weekend.

My white and blue striped cold shoulder top is from TjMaxx and I am always so weary about posting pieces from stores like that because their inventories vary so much that I never know whether I’ll be able to provide you guys with adequate links or alternatives but I was in luck this time. They currently have a great selection of cold and off shoulder tops for spring and upcoming summer.

I decided to pair this top up with some light wash, distressed, cropped jeans from Express as well as some brown leather sandals and a white/brown leather cross body. This top would also look great paired up with some white jeans or white shorts. I personally like “monochromatic” styled outfits in the summer that are not necessarily all one color but all one color theme and “light” or “neutral” to me counts as a color theme.
