Lancome Teint Idole Vox Box Review

My most recent Vox Box that I received from Influenster has been the most impressive one yet. It was filled with products from the new Lancome Teint Idole line and was valued well over $100. For those not familiar with how Influenster works, make sure to check my post about it here.

I wanted to review each product individually here because I have a lot to say about each one. I waited a few weeks to write this as I wanted to get a true feel for the products and see all the positives and negatives of each one. I also have to give myself a shout out for doing the best skin match based on the chart that was sent to me on Influenster as all the products matched my skin color perfectly. So now let’s get into the reviews…

Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick – This is the first time I used a high-end foundation stick and I could not be happier with this product. It blends like a dream no matter whether I am using a beautyblender or a kabuki brush. The foundation stays on all day and provides a medium coverage that makes your skin look absolutely flawless. I would highly recommend trying this out if you are looking for a new foundation or looking to try a foundation stick. I have used this with a mattifying primer, a smoothing primer and a hydrating one and no matter what I use, the finish is still flawless.

Teint Idole Ultra Wear Camoflauge Concealer – This I am not as impressed with as the foundation as it can get a little creasy and is a little runny for my taste. I prefer concealers to be a little thicker. The coverage it provides is nice but you must be quick about setting it with powder or it may crease on you. I also wish I got a lighter color as the concealer is a little too dark for my skin tone right now but I am sure I’ll get plenty of use of it in the summer.

Click and Glow Highliting Skin Fluid – This is a highlighter that comes in a different form than any other highlighter I’ve used in the past. It is a beautiful gold finish that gives you a really summery looking glow and will be perfect for those barely there make up looks in the summer. I usually apply this with either my fingers or a beautyblender to help blend the product in but you can honestly just use the applicator and tap it on the high points of your cheekbones as well.

Le Metallique Metallic Lip Laquer – Now this product is my least favorite from the box as I am not a fan of sticky lipglosses and that’s exactly what this is. The color is absolutely beautiful but I just cannot get over how sticky this lipgloss was. The color I received in my box was Mirrored Nude and is a beautiful reflective nude that pulls a lot of gold tones.

Well there you have it for my Vox Box review. Let me know if you have questions about any of the products and I’ll be happy to answer them. As always, thanks for reading!
