This post marks the first in a “mini series” that I’m starting about subscription services for clothing. I am currently signed up for ShoeDazzle, Adore Me, Fabletics and Bootay Bag – all of which are pretty different. I will start the series with the “service” I’ve been signed up for the longest – ShoeDazzle. I’ve actually been a member of ShoeDazzle for the past 6 years which has given me plenty of time to form my opinion. Today, I’ll share my experience about being a member, what perks there are for signing up and my overall opinion of the products and their quality.
How Does It Work? – I wouldn’t necessarily call ShoeDazzle a subscription service but it does require an exclusive membership, so that’s what I’ll refer to it for the duration of this post. You can sign up and become a VIP member which means you’ll get charged $40/month and you’ll get a showroom with styles picked individually for you (a style survey when you sign up lets them know what to pick for the showroom). If you don’t want anything from your showroom, you can use your $40 for anything else on the website. If you don’t want to get charged at all that month, just skip the month. I literally skip the month almost every single month and just buy as needed (maybe not quite needed but when wanted). You also rack up points from your purchases and points can add up for either gifts added to your purchase such as jewelry or percentages off. You also can gain levels in your VIP status (think Sephora Beauty Insider -> VIB -> VIB Rouge) and gain more benefits and early access the higher you go.
What Do They Sell? – From the name alone, many people assume that ShoeDazzle only sells shoes. As of recently however, they sell a wide and very cute selection of clothing from Just Fab as well as purses and handbags (which have been there right from the beginning). They’ve had “guest designers” such as Gwen Stefani design special lines just for ShoeDazzle and have hand picked “boutiques” where they put similar styles. The variety of the shoes on the website is endless. You have your heels, flats, sandals, wedges, boots, you name it. They are always up with the trends and have whatever the latest craze is on the website.
Sales – ShoeDazzle has so many sales going on during the year and these sales are no joke. They currently have a sale going on where they have styles going as low as $8 and ranging up to $20. You can seriously stock up during these sales and I frequently do so. They’re also not known for running out or selling out of styles quickly which is great considering these sales. I frequently wait to snag a pair of shoes I’ve been eyeing.
Quality – The quality of the shoes is fitting for the price. These aren’t your Steve Madden or Jessica Simpson quality shoes but they’re not bad quality (Steve Madden and Jessica Simpson aren’t the end all to shoe quality but they are my favorite good quality shoes that are still on the affordable side). I’ve had shoes from this website that have lasted me 6-7 years with frequent wear. A lot of the shoes I buy there are for special occasions, so they don’t get frequent wear but there is always so much to choose from, it’s hard not to to turn to ShoeDazzle whenever I have a specific shoe in mind. I’ve also bought flats from ShoeDazzle that were super unique and comfortable. I’m not a huge fan of some of their faux leather pieces so I tend to stay away from those. The clothes they sell from Just Fab are great. I recently picked up a linen dress for the summer that is probably one of my favorite dresses I now own.
Here are some items I’ve picked up from ShoeDazzle over the years:

If you’re interested in signing up, you can go through this link or just go on the ShoeDazzle website. There is currently a special offer to get 75% off your first pair when you sign up. Personally, I would recommend ShoeDazzle to anyone. I’m a big fan and will continue shopping with them.
Let me know if you like these kind of posts and I will continue on with the “series”. I love reading your comments! As always, thanks for reading and hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Does Shoe Dazzle also sell different brands of sneakers?

No, unfortunately they do not. They sell their take on sneakers but not popular brands such as Nike, Puma, etc.
