Weekend Street Style

I have been seeing a lot of Moroccan inspired decor lately (on Pinterest, of course) which inspired me to incorporate some of the country’s touch in my clothing as well. When I think of Morocco, I think of embroidery (which has been everywhere lately) and bright colors woven into dresses, blouses and loosely fitting pants and trousers.

When I saw this top from SheIn, I knew it would hold its own place in my closet as its unlike any other item I own. I was struggling at how I wanted to style this piece at first, going from denim skirts or cut off shorts to eventually settling on distressed black denim and gold jewelry. The great thing about this piece is, it is the center of attention in your outfit, so you can almost style it with any piece. Nothing else will take away attention from a white embroidered top with coins woven into it. This top also comes in navy and black and all colors are still available. The top runs true to size and I am wearing it in a size small. The distressed cropped jeans I’m wearing are also still available and can be found here. I would recommend going a size up in these as they do run a little small.

Let me know what you think of this piece and how you would have styled it! As always, thanks for reading! 🙂
