OOTD : Cable Knit Sweater

I’ve always considered a great cable knit sweater to be a fall and winter style necessity for every closet. As simple as it sounds, a white or black cable knit sweater with a pair of jeans and booties is one of my favorite looks.

With Halloween quickly approaching, I thought it would be a great time to get my skull scarf out and use it as a layering piece for this perfect white cable knit from SheIn that I recently received from the brand. This sweater is 100% cotton, soft, spacious, comfy and every other positive adjective I can think of (yes, cotton for me is positive because it could be acrylic which is a negative adjective as far as materials go). It is by far, my favorite piece I’ve ever gotten from SheIn. This sweater will get worn many times this upcoming winter. It can be worn to work, to brunch, out with your family and pretty much anywhere else.

I decided to pair the sweater up with eggplant skinnies that I bought many seasons ago from Mango. The jeans are long gone but I’ve found similar options here from Nordstrom and here from J Brand. I finished off the look with taupe booties from ShoeDazzle. The scarf was a gift from my family in Kazakhstan and is definitely one of my favorites. I wear it year round no matter the proximity to Halloween.

If you’re looking for other great sweater options from SheIn, look no further than here for a more fun cable knit option and here for a white turtleneck cable knit.

Let me know what you thought of this look! Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloweekend and hope everyone has a great week! As always, thanks for reading!
