My Experience at the New Fitbody West Chester Boot Camp Class

It’s been a minute since I’ve been at a group work out class. By a minute I mean at least 5 years. I used to love group work out classes because I felt like I worked harder since I didn’t want to lose face in front of others and it gave me variety from what I usually did myself.

I was invited to attend a class at the new Fitbody West Chester boot camp class last week and really enjoyed my experience. The class was a little over 30 minutes and worked me hard. According to my Apple Watch (since that’s how I judge my work outs now), it was more effective and burned more calories than the usual work outs I’ve been doing and for me that was a win.

The class is broken up into different stations that you rotate throughout your workout. Your stations could include things like burpees, rope exercises (the swinging kind, not climbing), kettle bell exercises, core work and much more. The exercises change from class to class to give some variety.

The workouts that are offered are HIIT based and are 30 minutes long. I highly recommend trying it out if you’re someone that enjoys the class setting and wants an effective work out without a huge time commitment.

They also offer nutritional coaching if that’s something you’re interested in.
