Butterfly Sleeve Dress

If I had to pick one type of clothing that I had to wear the rest of my life, I would pick dresses. No doubt about it. There are so many great things about dresses – 1) you always look like you put some effort in no matter how casual of a dress you are wearing 2) it’s only one piece of clothing you have to put on and 3) you can style them and layer them so many different ways. I have been spending most of my summers rocking sundresses as long as I remember.

When I was looking through SheIn’s new summer arrivals, this dress instantly caught my eye. I don’t have anything in that color which instantly drew my attention and the butterfly sleeve and button details as well. Another great bonus about this dress is that it’s super affordable (as all SheIn items) and the quality on this one is great.

I wanted to style it more casually even though you can totally throw on some wedges and dress it up even more. I decided to pair the dress with my gold snakeskin sandals I recently picked up from a trip to the Cincinnati Premium Outlets and finished the look off with a gray, gold chain purse and minimal gold jewelry.

Another way to style this dress would be with either white or nude wedges and some statement earrings but I’ll save that look for another day.

Some details about the dress – the buttons are not functional but there is a deep zipper in the back. The dress also ties in the back. It comes in three different colors (green, blue and yellow) which are all perfect for summer.
